Job Description:

The National Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a highly skilled Quality Improvement and Accreditation Officer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading and managing accreditation and quality improvement processes within the hospital.

About the Role:
This is a senior post that requires a relevant third-level or healthcare professional qualification. You must have at least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare environment. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills are essential. You should also be able to utilise analytics in quality monitoring and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage accreditation and quality improvement processes
* Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement
* Work in partnership with all staff to promote participation in accreditation schemes
* Develop a quality culture that maintains patient primacy and focuses on quality improvement

Requirements:
* Relevant third-level or healthcare professional qualification
* At least three years' experience in a senior post in quality improvement / risk management / healthcare audit or an accreditation process
* Significant leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* Ability to utilise analytics in quality monitoring and reporting
