We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team on an agency basis. This role offers the opportunity to expand your clinical experience and work in a variety of public and private care settings.

This position provides flexible work arrangements tailored to your availability, ensuring you can balance your career and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental and physical health needs.
  • Create individualised care plans and review them regularly to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
  • Liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Hold current registration with the Psychiatric Division of the NMBI.
  • Possess relevant qualifications and up-to-date HSE-required certifications (e.g., TMVA/MAPA, Manual Handling, Infection Control).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to person-centred care.
  • Be eligible to work in Ireland and currently based in Ireland.
