Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Supply Chain Professional to join our organisation in a pivotal Demand Planning position.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can leverage their analytical skills and experience in demand planning to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be able to create consensus forecasts, manage the demand planning process, generate insightful reports and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Create a consensus forecast as part of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • Manage the monthly cadence for the Demand Planning process.
  • Generate and share reports to provide valuable insights and drive the demand planning process forward.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and sales teams to drive improvements to the process.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure outputs of the demand plan are taken into consideration.
  • Support development projects through to launch, identifying opportunities to minimise material risk and service failures.
  • Provide support and suggest solutions where business targets are not being realised.
  • Train Supply Chain teams on Demand Planning best practices and use of forecasting accuracy and error measures to improve forecasting effectiveness.
