This position plays a pivotal role in the entire pricing lifecycle, from initial tender assessment to deal execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the pricing of new and existing Term Life and Critical Illness protection deals, conducting in-depth financial modeling and analysis.
  • Developing and maintaining pricing methodologies and tools, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
  • Collaborating closely with commercial teams, providing technical expertise and supporting client presentations and negotiations.
  • Analyzing in-force portfolio performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements
A qualified Actuary with approx. 4-10 years relevant experience. Experience in life insurance pricing essential, with critical illness and mortality experience preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of actuarial principles and techniques. Proficiency in actuarial software and programming languages. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
