As a Rehabilitation Instructor, you will work closely with learners to develop personalized rehabilitation plans that focus on enhancing independence, employment, and overall quality of life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching, rehabilitation, or disability services, with experience working with adult learners. A Diploma in Rehabilitation Studies (Visual Impairment) or equivalent is required. The successful candidate will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting functional assessments, developing individualized training plans, and providing practical skills training to promote independent living, mobility, and workplace readiness. You will also work closely with Vision Ireland's multidisciplinary team, liaising with ETB tutors, employers, and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic support approach.
