Project Sustainability Manager

Sustainability is at the forefront of our organization's mission. We are currently seeking a skilled Project Sustainability Manager to join our team and contribute to our efforts in delivering sustainable projects.

This role will involve working closely with our team to deliver energy upgrade, retrofit, and new development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainable development, construction management, engineering, quantity surveying, or architecture. Chartered status is desirable, as is a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management and/or construction.

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills who can work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be expected to develop their expertise and grow with the organization through continuous professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate sustainability-related aspects of projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize environmental impact and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the required standard
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project team members as needed

Requirements:

  • 3rd-level qualification in sustainable development, construction management, engineering, quantity surveying, or architecture
  • Chartered status desirable
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management and/or construction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
