Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's environmental sustainability strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project teams and WBS owners in delivering successful initiatives across operations.
  • Lead our ESG data and reporting strategy, including program design, goal setting, priority identification, and program implementation.
  • Benchmark our strategic sustainability ambitions against best-in-class industry standards across all stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement responses to CDP, Ecovadis, and annual sustainability reports aligned with CSRD & GRI.
  • Coordinate data processes and timelines for responses to bids, tenders, and supplier requests.
  • Proactively identify issues, risks, opportunities, and trends that may impact our company from an ESG and corporate responsibility perspective.

What You Will Need:

  • A strong background in environmental sustainability and/or corporate social responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, CSRD).
