We are seeking an experienced Corporate lawyer to join our growing team in Dublin, Ireland.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a 5+ PQE lawyer with a healthy sense of ambition and drive, wishing to become part of our award-winning practice. We can offer a clear path to Partnership.
The ideal candidate will be an outstanding Corporate lawyer who can make significant contributions to our team. They are open to discussing this opportunity with a relatively new, but ambitious, Partner, or an established Partner who is ready for a step to equity.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with business leaders, including Partners and the Knowledge team.
- Constant communication and research to ensure the knowledge base is the best it can be.
- Advising on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
- Providing input on M&A and joint ventures, as well as support on corporate governance, regulation, and compliance.
- 5+ years post-admission experience in workplace relations, employment law, or safety.
- Solid experience and enthusiasm for running contentious and non-contentious matters, including advocacy, advisory, and investigation work.
- Enjoy advising on strategic and operational matters relating to employment, industrial relations, and WHS law.
