A prestigious law firm with a long-standing Corporate Practice seeks an exceptional lawyer to join their growing team.
Job Overview:- The ideal candidate will have a clear ambition and drive, wishing to become part of this award-winning practice.
This role is suitable for an entrepreneurial lawyer who wishes to lead complex high-value disputes across IP, media & tech.
Responsibilities:- Advise on commercial and corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating agreements.
- Provide input on M&A and joint ventures, as well as support on corporate governance, regulation, and compliance.
- Work closely with business leaders, Partners and the Knowledge team, requiring constant communication and research to ensure knowledge base excellence.
You will have the opportunity to work on transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, and funding. The firm has established itself as a leading firm with a Healthcare team integral to their success.
Requirements:- 5+ years post-admission experience in workplace relations, employment law or safety.
- Solid experience and enthusiasm for contentious and non-contentious matters, including advocacy, advisory, and investigation work.
- Enjoy advising on strategic operational matters relating to employment industrial relations and WHS law.
- Keen to contribute to the growth of the practice through thought leadership relationship development and mentorship.
