As a seasoned construction professional, you will have the opportunity to lead a project from start to finish as our site manager.

About the Project:

This role offers a unique chance to join a forward-thinking contractor and play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality builds. Based in Tipperary, you will be working on-site to ensure daily operations run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all on-site construction activities to drive efficiency and safety.
  • Maintain up-to-date site records and align workforce levels with project programme targets.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery and meets quality expectations.
  • Implement and oversee Health & Safety protocols and Quality Management Systems.
  • Drive process improvement while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.
  • Coordinate material requisitions and manage specification-compliant deliveries.
  • Lead site meetings to ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in site management, ideally with a main contractor.
  • Qualifications in Construction Management or a related trade background.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to oversee subcontractors.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of construction practices and industry regulations.
