Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our medical devices.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Quality Assurance and regulatory compliance, with experience in working in a GxP regulated environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot product and process-related issues and identify root causes.
  • Represent QA as the first point of contact for daily lines support issues.
  • Work with QE's and product teams to identify areas for risk reduction and error-proofing processes.
  • Drive Defect awareness training with product builders.
  • Perform internal quality audits.
  • Trend and analyze key Quality metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • NCEA diploma in a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a QA role.
  • Knowledge of GxP regulated environment and experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
