We are partnering with a leading Cost Management Consultancy to fill an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. This hybrid role offers structured career progression and the chance to work on diverse projects.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying, along with 7+ years PQS experience in commercial and residential projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing blue prints and documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour costs vs estimates.
- Quantity surveying duties including measurements, valuation, and agreement of work sections.
- Project management and estimating skills using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Consulting with clients, vendors, and construction managers to discuss cost.
- Monitoring cost from vendors, exploring variances, and managing issues.
- Reporting on actual costs and examining estimates for planning, organising, and scheduling work.
The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to assess cost effectiveness and track actual costs relative to bids.
