Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: West Dublin Salary: €85 K - €105 K DOE Location Office based Our Client is a medium sized Main Contractor working on a range of Projects nationwide from their base in West Dublin.
This position is office based as part of the Commercial Team.
What you need to do You will have a variety of work on Commercial, Industrial and Residential projects working across either an individual contract or various contracts ensuring the maximum commercial benefit for the company and can entail a full delivery from tender stage through to final accounts and all-encompassing duties in between.
Responsibilities In conjunction with your project team, you will be responsible for the execution of various stages of a project as follows: Good communication skills.
Undertake and manage interim commercial meetings with the Client and Internal Project Team.
Report in detail as required for the Project Manager and Commercial Manager on the commercial status of the project.
Manage subcontractor accounts, interim valuations, and final accounts.
