Senior Quantity Surveyor Senior Quantity Surveyor required for one of Irelands largest main contractors on a Data Centre project in Dusseldorf, Germany.
The successful candidate will report into the Commercial Manager for the project.

Duties: Review project contracts, manage subcontractor enquiries, and issue supply chain documents.
Monitor scope changes, price variations, and prepare monthly progress claims.
Oversee subcontractor accounts and handle contractual notices and claims.
Prepare cost estimates, commercial reports, and risk analysis for management.
Manage project cash flow and forecasting.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or other relevant degree.
7+ years experience within the Irish market in a Quantity Surveying role.
Experience working on a Data Centre project would be beneficial.
A working knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical packages Ability to work to strict deadlines.
Benefits: Package €110,000 to €120,000 DOE Accommodation and utility bills provided.
