Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Fund Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our clients by serving as an operational contact for a number of PE clients.

You will also serve as a contact for Fund and Investor queries, create new investors and maintain the investor register, prepare and review of capital call and distribution notices, prepare capital account statements and analyse the figures for accuracy, meet client and investor reporting deliverables and deadlines, assist in audit preparation when requested, and follow procedures to ensure funds are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Serve as an operational contact for a number of PE clients.
  • Serve as a contact for Fund and Investor queries.
  • Create new investors and maintain the investor register.
  • Prepare and review of capital call and distribution notices.
  • Prepare capital account statements and analyse the figures for accuracy.
  • Meet client and investor reporting deliverables and deadlines.
  • Assist in audit preparation when requested.
  • Following procedures to ensure funds are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A third level qualification in Finance or Business (Desirable)
  • 2 years' experience in Transfer Agency
  • Genuine interest in working within fund operations or fund administration industry
