Insurance Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Professional to join our team in Sandyford Dublin. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing clients and handling their renewals on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build great relationships with new and existing customers, negotiate with clients on a daily basis, and set up new client accounts.
  • Renewal Management: Secure renewals, process amendments, cross-sell, and up-sell across all product lines.
  • Account Maintenance: Ensure all files are up to date on Relay and complete aspects of Mid-Term Alterations, Renewals, Accounts entry, claims liaison, and Correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) preferred.
  • Experience working in a commercial fast-paced environment required.
  • 1-year sales or customer service experience in a similar role required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
  • Passion/drive to work within the insurance industry required.
