Social Care Leadership Opportunity">

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Care Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a residential home setting, leading and managing day-to-day activities, collaborating with the management team, and ensuring high standards of care for young people in our care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a team of social care professionals;
  • Collaborating with the management team to ensure effective service delivery;
  • Ensuring high standards of care and support for young people;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required;

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working with young people in a residential setting, with a strong focus on leadership and teamwork.

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a residential setting;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
