Delivering High Standards of Care

Our client is seeking experienced professionals to lead a team providing care and support to young people and adults with disabilities in residential settings. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering high standards of care and working collaboratively to empower service users to live their best lives.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and supporting the development of others. Key qualifications and experience include:

  • A minimum QQI Level 7 degree in Social Care or a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Youth and Community, Social Science, Family Support, Disability Studies or other relevant qualification
  • Minimum two years' experience working in a Social Care grade with children or young people

Other relevant qualifications and experience will be considered. A full clean manual driver's license and flexibility regarding working hours are also required.
