Lead Residential Care Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Residential Care Specialist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care services to young people in a residential setting.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social work, with at least two years' experience working with young people in a residential environment. They will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, working closely with the management team, and creating a warm, accepting, and secure environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of each resident
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • To maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • To contribute to the ongoing development and training of staff members
  • To participate in regular team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes

Requirements:

A minimum of two years' experience working with young people in a residential setting is essential. A driving license and a minimum Level 7 qualification (degree) or above in one of the following fields are also required:

  • Teaching
  • Nursing
