Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to oversee residential projects from initial planning through to final completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, coordinate, and monitor residential projects ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Work independently and within a team utilizing strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
  • Manage communications among site project team members and interface with the wider team.
  • Establish and maintain procedures for information flow, approvals, meetings, and reporting.
  • Develop and update submittal and procurement schedules ensuring overall compliance with the construction schedule.
  • Conduct construction document reviews and examine all documents for constructability, coordination, and execution.
  • Manage subcontractors' submittals and RFIs, ensuring timely approval by the design team.
  • Schedule, conduct, attend, and document job meetings, client/design meetings, and coordination meetings.
  • Operate and maintain company Safety & Quality Management Systems to the highest possible standard achievable.
  • Maintain communication and interface with site teams to ensure works are compliant with external utilities providers' approval requirements.
  • Manage project close-out, including BCAR compliance documentation, as-built documentation, and relevant information for handover to statutory utility bodies/design team/client for approval.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management preferred.
  • Familiarity with Irish Standards for external utility providers.
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage teams (direct and indirect).
  • Competency in technical submittals and AutoCAD.
