Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Project Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The Capital Project Specialist will be responsible for providing ongoing support to capital projects, working closely with the Asset Lifecycle Management team to ensure project activities related to asset creation, criticality assessment, and equipment maintenance philosophies are executed efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support project execution by reviewing project documentation and asset data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upload asset data to Maximo CMMS system.
  • Develop project execution KPIs/Metrics.
  • Assist in creating assets and facilitating asset criticality assessments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Biochemical).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in a maintenance or engineering team.
  • Project execution/management experience within GMP manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Proven experience with maintenance management and reliability programs.
  • CMMS experience (Maximo or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
