They take pride in their collaborative approach, working closely with clients, architects, and engineers to bring ambitious visions to life—on time and within budget.They currently have an educational project ongoing in North Dublin and are seeking an experienced foreman to join them in their collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site operations and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Experience of supervising groundworks, structures, and envelope activities
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
  • Maintain accurate site records.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Foreman/Section Foreman in Construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.
