
Civil Water Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Water Project Manager to oversee the delivery of water network improvements in the North East of Ireland. As part of this role, you will provide technical expertise and leadership to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in onsite supervision, site engineering of civil engineering works, including water projects. A degree in a related discipline, such as Civil Engineering, is also essential.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with regional contractors to deliver projects in compliance with contracts and legislation.
- Liaising with local authorities to deliver projects.
- Carrying out audits and managing health and safety issues.
- Processing work orders and updating trackers.
- Reviewing and approving drawings.
- Working with design engineers to provide clarity on project deliverables.
- Managing meetings with contractors and design teams.
- Keeping accurate records and creating lists of snags.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. You should also be able to write clear and concise reports and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
This role may involve travel, so flexibility is required. The successful candidate will be able to act within a team at all times and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
