We are seeking a dedicated Social Care Professional to lead our residential care team. The successful candidate will work closely with a skilled and experienced team to create a warm, accepting, and secure environment for young people in residential care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum two years' experience working with young people in a residential setting

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with vulnerable populations.

The role involves day-to-day activities in the residential home, working alongside the management team to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to support the needs of residents.
