About this role

  • Manage a team of research professionals and external consultants.
  • Oversee the daily operations of our research unit.
  • Foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive research program.

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions across key policy areas, leveraging administrative data to inform decision-making. They will collaborate with our central data unit and engage with external partners on performance indicators and customer service topics.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ambitious targets and deadlines. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in data visualization, and have experience working with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the development of policy frameworks and strategy implementation.
  • SUPPORTING ongoing research on local government policy and practice.
  • Producing high-quality reports and policy briefs.

We are seeking a dedicated professional who can represent our organization on national committees, build research collaborations, and foster academic and institutional linkages.
