Job Description:

CPL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scientific Instrumentation Technician to join their team. As a key member of the service team, you will provide technical support, repair, installation, and commissioning of leading brands in scientific instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a wide range of scientific instrumentation located within the hospital, pharmaceutical, and industrial environment.
  • Provide technical support, repair, installation, and commissioning of leading brands in scientific instrumentation.
  • Perform routine maintenance as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with all customers.
  • Work with service administration to schedule regular customer maintenance/breakdowns to ensure KPI targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical diagnostic capability, fault finding/problem solving, and judgement skills.
  • Customer focused with a courteous and professional manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to work on your own initiative & as part of a team.
