Job Title: Data Centre Project Manager

Are you a seasoned project manager looking to take on a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our data centre projects from design development through to production, delivery and handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary interface between the client and key stakeholders in respect of design, operational/delivery and financial matters.
  • Overall responsibility for project profitability.
  • Production and issue of accurate monthly internal reports to senior management.
  • Responsibility for the production of specific backup documents for each project.
  • Compile and produce monthly client reports for review by senior management.
  • Plan and coordinate design and production activities.
  • Plan and coordinate material procurement and supply chain liaison in line with project plans.
  • Plan and coordinate resourcing requirements in line with project plans.
  • Plan and coordinate third-party supplier engagement in line with project plans.
  • Plan and coordinate project handover documentation in line with project plans.
  • Develop and deliver project handover documentation.
  • Ensure adherence by the project team to published contractual and commercial responsibilities.
  • Transference of all warranties to the contracts team upon project completion.
  • Overall responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of health and safety policies on assigned projects.
  • Overall responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance policies on assigned projects.
  • Overall responsibility for all deliverables (including documentation) conforming to published quality management system.
  • Overall accountability for all actions of the project team.
  • Overall responsibility for the motivation and development of allocated resources.
  • Act as an escalation point for internal resources and client management teams.
