Senior Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Consultant

As a highly skilled Business Central professional, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central configurations.
You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the system aligns with business needs, is fully tested, and delivers measurable improvements across finance, CRM, inventory, projects, and more.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, strong functional knowledge across Finance, CRM, Inventory/Warehouse, and Projects modules, and a proven track record in configuration, implementation, and optimization of BC.
- Review and validate existing Business Central configurations across multiple modules.
- Conduct gap assessments and align settings with best practices and business processes.
- Manage and support UAT phases, tracking and resolving system issues.
- Recommend and implement optimizations to improve performance and usability.
- Liaise with vendors/implementation partners to address outstanding issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular project updates.
