They will have extensive knowledge of the commercial insurance market, products, and services, as well as robust knowledge of the client market and insurance industry network.

Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Industry experience in a commercial lines role in a brokerage/insurance environment.
- A proven track record within a commercial lines new business role.
- Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification and working towards MDI qualification.
- Extensive knowledge, experience, and understanding of the commercial insurance market, products, and services.
