Senior Commercial Director

A senior commercial leader is required to drive business growth and profitability across multiple sectors, including traditional construction, data, bio-med, pharma, power-gen, commercial, institutional, social infrastructure & property development.

The role involves pre-construction, cost management, and team leadership, as well as introducing innovative business methodologies and strategic planning for continued growth and diversification.

This is a critical appointment in the Executive Management Team, with opportunities for flexible work arrangements and career advancement within a national/international construction group.

This position will report to Senior Executive level and play a key role in driving business performance and shaping the company's future strategy.

We are seeking an experienced commercial manager with a strong track record of delivering high-profile projects, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Leveraging market intelligence to identify new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the organization
