As a technical program manager, you will play a vital role in bringing our vision to life by managing cross-functional projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage software engineering teams developing platform APIs supporting SiriusXM, Pandora, & Stitcher applications.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and partnering engineering teams to harmonize efforts toward shared company goals.
  • Organize, drive, and account for insights into technology developed, while building cross-functional relationships through communication and collaboration.
  • Evaluate process and seek ways to improve at every iteration.
  • Lead planning, refinement, and release ceremonies for the engineering team.
  • Adapt to changing conditions and modify project execution plans as appropriate.
  • Identify blockers and facilitate removal of those impediments.

Requirements:

  • 6 - 9 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • An ability to distil complex issues into solvable and actionable tasks.
  • Extensive experience with SDLC methodologies, allowing for flexibility in process.
  • Strong technical proficiency demonstrated in any number of ways, ex. coding skills, quality assurance experience or technical writing background or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate parties working collaboratively and efficiently.
  • Innate problem solver with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Experience creating KPIs, dashboards and metrics.
