Direct reporting to an experienced finance manager and a hybrid work schedule will be facilitated from our Dublin location.
In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to the financial operations of Honeywell by ensuring accurate financial reporting, strict compliance with regulations, and the implementation of best practices in accounting processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily accounting operations, guaranteeing timely and precise processing of financial transactions.
- Analyze and prepare financial statements and reports, adhering to established accounting standards and regulations.
- Maintain Standard costs based on Company policies through annual updates and routine maintenance.
- Conduct IOS analysis and provide Annual Physical Inventory support.
- Prepare AOP & Estimates for system loading.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting or related financial roles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; SAP experience is beneficial.
- Background in financial reporting and analysis.
