- Maintain accurate records and update policies to ensure smooth HR operations and workforce management.
- Assist with scheduling, staff records, and workforce planning to meet business needs.
- Maintain risk assessments, PPE inventory, and compliance documentation to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Keep HR, operational, and safety documents up-to-date and easily accessible.
- What We're Looking For:
- At least 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or H&S.
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing records to maintain accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
