Job Purpose: The Learning and Organisation Development Officer will play a key role in the effective administration and organisation of various learning and development programmes and activities. As part of our Talent, Learning and Inclusion team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Talent Development and the Learning & Development Advisor.

  • Key Responsibilities:">
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, logistics for internal and external training programmes.">
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing materials, managing participant registration, and communicating training details.">
  • Provide required support and guidance to external training providers and facilitators.">
  • Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, certifications, and feedback.">

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within learning and development, is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
