Drive Business Success as a Program Manager
Job Description:This senior-level role plays a pivotal part in leading and implementing project management initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of business operations across complex landscapes.
- Spearhead initiative release readiness and deployment activities, identifying risks and challenges impacting scope, quality, and schedules.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product Teams, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders to deploy complex programs with minimal oversight.
- Develop strategic collateral, such as proposals and strategy decks, to incorporate stakeholder needs and drive business objectives.
- Communicate program benefits, release plans, and status to relevant stakeholders, holding them accountable for established schedules and risk mitigation.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor, providing direction and guidance to internal stakeholders while demonstrating a positive attitude.
To excel in this position, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of project management experience, focusing on process improvement and data-driven decision making.
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, defining and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookUps.
