We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage the delivery of complex projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in managing multiple teams across different locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the successful delivery of projects, products, and platforms within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, success factors, deliverables, and business benefits.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, interdependencies, and scope changes to keep projects on track.
  • Support and lead Agile planning, sprint execution, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to drive progress and resolve challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Manager or Program Manager in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid Agile methodologies.
  • Experience delivering digital products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise applications.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate onshore and offshore teams effectively.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
