Project Delivery Expert

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Expert to oversee the successful execution of complex programs and projects across multiple stakeholders, teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project delivery, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes within agreed constraints.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, success factors, deliverables, and business benefits.
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple teams across different locations, ensuring alignment and seamless execution.
  • Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, interdependencies, and scope changes to keep projects on track.
  • Support Agile planning, sprint execution, and retrospectives, ensuring effective team collaboration and delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Program Management, Business Analysis, and Engineering to drive progress and resolve challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Manager or Program Manager in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid Agile methodologies, with the ability to lead teams through the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience delivering digital products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise applications.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate onshore and offshore teams effectively.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to communicate and align priorities at senior executive levels.
