Lead Delivery Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated delivery specialist with a keen eye for detail to join our team and contribute to a major transformation project. The role involves managing and optimizing delivery of the product backlog to maximize value of the product/services delivered.

  • As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional squads and their delivery.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to identify product requirements for the development team.
  • Collaborate with product owners to prioritize a product backlog that aligns with the project vision and goals.
  • Continuously monitor the product's performance and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders using data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery capacity and efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with product owners and design leads to deliver committed backlog items across sprints.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform decision-making.
  4. Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders and team members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in delivery management with at least 5 years as a delivery manager.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects through agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with financial services/banking domain in Ireland/UK markets is a plus.
