We are seeking a seasoned delivery management specialist to lead our team in delivering exceptional results to our clients. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire delivery process, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in delivery management, with expertise in agile methodologies, project estimation, and team leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.

Your role will involve:

  • Developing and implementing effective delivery strategies that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Leading and motivating high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs, timelines, and resources.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
  • At least 13-15 years of experience in delivery management, with a strong background in agile methodologies and project estimation.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies, such as SCRUM, JIRA, and Trello.
