Wanted: Digital Project Delivery Specialist

About the Role:
  • This position is for a highly skilled professional to work as part of our digital project delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the project team and information manager to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with other team members and assist the project information manager in implementing project standards, methods and procedures according to ISO 19650 Part 1 & 2: 2018.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements set out in the project exchange information requirements, ensuring all project milestones are met on time and to expected standards.
  • Implement and maintain digital plans on the project, including BIM execution plan and asset management plan.
  • Compile and prepare clash detection, data verification and model health check reports, ensuring project modelling requirements are met and communicate issues identified to design/construction lead and task teams.
  • Support the design/construction lead for coordination and management of task teams' digital information models.
  • Develop and execute an overall BIM coordination schedule in line with construction sequence for use in BIM coordination workshops and at project milestones.
  • Review and oversee production of task teams' as-built drawings and models.
Requirements:
  • Preferably 3+ years' experience in similar role.
  • Degree in engineering or design-related subject.
  • Strong knowledge of Navisworks and Revit, other BIM software desirable.
