About the Role:

">As a Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to cloud services, networking protocols, and web servers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their requirements and provide timely solutions to their problems.">

Key Responsibilities:

">- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud services, networking protocols, and web servers- Provide exceptional customer support and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, and sales security engineering to resolve complex technical issues- Develop and maintain knowledge of Imperva products and services, as well as industry trends and technologies">

Requirements:

">- 3+ years of experience in technical support, information security, or a related field- Strong understanding of cloud services, networking protocols, and web servers- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively">
