Job Description

The Head of Digital will lead the digital team in driving the digital transformation of one of the leading insurance brands in Ireland.

You will define and implement our digital strategy, develop a best-in-class digital customer experience, and be accountable for delivering real business change.

As a senior leader, you will work with stakeholders across the wider RSA organisation to deliver strategic business leadership and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic business leadership and definition of our digital strategy
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to define, evaluate, prioritise, and deliver the digital portfolio
  • Building strong relationships across the organisation to generate innovative digital solutions
  • Leading Agile ways of working and delivering against business priorities

Requirements
A qualification in business, technology, marketing, or any related field
Extensive experience (9yrs+) in leading digital teams and/or delivering large strategic change programs
