Counsellor Therapist Required for Sessional Work

We are seeking experienced Counsellor Therapists for sessional work with the HSE Counselling Primary Care service in Dublin North East, Dublin North and Louth/Meath/Cavan/Monaghan.

Sessional therapists will provide short term counselling to medical card holders aged 18 years and over in primary care settings.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised Level 7 qualification in a relevant human science discipline or equivalent health related profession.

Required qualifications include:

  • A degree or post-graduate qualification in counselling, psychotherapy or a related field
  • Full accredited membership with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) or equivalent
  • Two years' experience in a similar role or full-time post-graduate qualifications may be accepted
