Experienced Teaching Assistant Wanted to Support Learning

We are currently recruiting a confident and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support teaching and learning in a welcoming school in Louth.
This role is perfect for an HLTA with the skills and experience to lead lessons and make a real impact on pupil progress.
- Key responsibilities will include planning, preparing and delivering learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff, supervising and leading whole-class learning in the teacher's absence, providing tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, including those with SEN, and supporting assessment and tracking pupil progress, feeding back to class teachers.
The ideal candidate will have HLTA status or relevant experience supporting teaching and learning at a higher level, strong behaviour management and lesson delivery skills, ability to support a broad range of curriculum areas, and enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply. A full CV covering the last 10 years with all gaps explained is also required.
