
Mental Health Care Specialist

Careers in mental health involve supporting individuals to navigate their personal and social challenges. A collaborative process called counselling or psychotherapy can help clients explore and resolve difficulties. These therapies are most effective when clients seek tools or techniques to manage their mental well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one support for clients through telehealth or onsite services.
- Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more.
- Collaborate with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs.
We require a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or an equivalent accredited program. Applicants should have at least 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements). Proficiency in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches is essential.
SkillsOur ideal candidate will be skilled in:
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors
- Somatic Experiencing (SE)

- Supervision requirement: One supervision session every 2 months
