Our organization is seeking an experienced Financial Translator to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and translation, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.In this role, you will be responsible for translating various financial documents, including website content, client communication letters, and webinar notes. You will also be required to conduct research projects, extract terminology from texts, and use term bases to ensure accuracy and consistency.The successful candidate will have a native-level proficiency in Spanish, a degree in Translation or a related field, and experience working with financial institutions. They will also possess basic knowledge of MS Office and CAT tools, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills.This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days of in-office work per week. The office is located at North Dock One, Dublin, Ireland.Responsibilities:
  • Translate financial documents, including website content, client communication letters, and webinar notes.
  • Conduct research projects, including extracting terminology from texts and using term bases.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in translations by proofreading and editing existing materials.
Qualifications:
  • Native-level proficiency in Spanish.
  • Degree in Translation or a related field.
  • Experience working with financial institutions.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CAT tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
