Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

This is a challenging role that offers a unique opportunity to work in an innovative and cutting-edge engineering team. As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be exposed to all stages of the design and construction process.

You will be responsible for checking and reviewing plans and calculations for Mechanical Services systems prepared by Junior Engineers, maintaining records and files of all completed engineering work, supervising Junior engineering design staff, managing project workflow program, managing project stakeholders, attendance and recording of any project specific/design meeting, management of on-site contractors, completion of Site surveys and reports, providing engineering support to Resident Engineers and senior design staff, and supporting ad-hoc activities assigned by senior staff from time to time.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Building services Engineering or equivalent, a minimum of 8 years relevant experience, good IT skills and familiarity with industry-specific software (AutoCAD/REVIT etc.), excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, strong Communication skills, excellent people and time management skills, and the ability to work well as a team and on your own.

This role offers strong potential for growth and ongoing training/CPD provided.

Key Responsibilities:
