The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a sales management role within the hospitality/leisure travel sector, with a proven track record in golf sales. They will also possess excellent knowledge of the golf industry and be sales-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented.
This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, implementing annual sales plans, and monitoring sales performance. The successful candidate will also assist in developing and delivering tailor-made multi-product, multi-venue sales plans, working closely with the wider company team to ensure maximum revenue and yield are achieved.
As a key member of the management team, the Leisure Travel Sales Manager will be responsible for representing the company at key networking events and building relationships with key industry influencers. They will also attend venues regularly to ensure delivery of monthly budget targets and activity plans.
