We are seeking a seasoned Head Chef to lead our daytime culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring seamless operations.

  • Develop innovative menus that balance creativity with customer needs and preferences.
  • Oversee ordering, stock control, and cost management to achieve financial objectives.
  • Drive compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional catering services.
