Agricultural Manufacturing Operations Manager Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agricultural Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time permanent role offering excellent benefits.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Working with the regulatory team to ensure compliance in all aspects of the production of wide range of animal nutrition products.
  • Ensuring that the site conforms to all group Quality Standards on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensuring that all site processes comply with the applicable accreditation's and regulations as determined by various accreditation authorities.
  • Ensuring that our processes and finished goods meet all specifications as required by our customers.

Key skills required for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., manufacturing, operations management).
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the agriculture or food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with lean tools and techniques (e.g., 5 S, SMED, Line Speed Balancing).
